  Shocking customer service from the morecambe branch. A car was supposed to be delivered at 10pm last night and it is now 1130am the day after and it's still not arrived. I've missed an important training course today and it has caused some stress. An area general manager for enterprise was supposed to be calling me but hasn't bothered. And the morecambe branch are at work but have their phones switched to night mode so i've had to send a colleague down there to see what's going on my hopefully a car is coming soon. Appaling service, I wouldn't use them as a private customer.
